About 1st Responder Home Watch, LLC

1st Responder Home Watch, LLC is run by owner and principal, Ron Mikolinski and his fiancé  Lyn Buck. Ron is a licensed C.A.M., retired EMT & Firefighter, and field manager for Gulf Stream Homes.  Ron has been in the property management and remodeling fields for over 40 years and his fiancé, Lyn spent over 20 years in the financial services industry.  Ron and Lyn have both owned successful businesses in the past and understand the importance of providing the utmost service and home protection to our clientele.

We provide thorough inspections of your property both inside and out, allowing you the peace of mind that your home is protected and looked after while you are away.  We will promptly notify you if we discover any issues and will work to facilitate and resolve any problems immediately.  

Additional services offered:

• Handyman services - We are available for handyman work by request.  We are licensed and insured and have the tools and expertise to do many repairs, saving you time and expense of a having to hire an additional 3rd party.  In the event we are unable to repair or fix a problem, we call on of our preferred service providers who usually grant us a higher priority, thus allowing us to resolve the issue or get the item repaired for you quickly.  
• Car Starting - Cars should be started regularly whether they are kept in a garage or outside.  We are able to start your car and help ensure that the battery is charging and maintained. 
• Maintenance Services - If you are in need of any routine maintenance on your property such as changing out air filters, accepting deliveries, changing smoke detector batteries, etc. 1st Responder Home Watch can assist with some routine maintenance or set you up with our preferred service providers. 
• Drywall and Painting - As a drywall and professional painting expert we are able to assist with drywall repairs and the necessary painting.
• Hurricane Preparedness - We are available to make sure your home is secured in the event of an upcoming storm, closing/putting up hurricane shutters, securing loose outdoor objects, turning off any utilities as necessary.  We are dedicated to helping you be prepared in the event of an upcoming storm threat.
